@Kevin DuBose thank you we mostly receive invitations for the weekends we have a few week day invitations. We started to receive request within a few weeks after being approved by Airbnb

@Justin Robert hey there I hope all is well. We charge $625 rent fee and the lot fee is $250 a month 

@Deborah Pyburn yes there is, it depends on your location. When you sign up as a host Airbnb will send magazines with tips etc
