Recently remarried wife has grown daughter whom was being evicted from where she was staying. I owned the rental house prior to marriage, the girl hasn't paid rent in five months  excuse after excuse. Of course my wife her mother  not losing $600 a month I am which goes to help pay where we live at, it's called rental property for reason.  I guess her family will be talking about me at the barbecue? I can't let her live there any longer! 

Spraying not very effective, all the Orkins and others are extremely high for a Little guy. Any advise on low cost remedies?

Just trying to become a savvy investor, increase knowledge base. Did my first eviction, shouldn't have been mr nice guy? No room in this business, 3 day notice after grace period. People lie!  Tenant moves additional people in (not on lease) ect
