Is there a website I can use to find out how houses are appreciating/depreciating in a certain neighborhood?

If anybody is willing to help me get started with wholesaling properties in the state of South Carolina, please do not hesitate to contact me. I have educated myself to death and i really want to get started. Looking for a reliable mentor who doesn't mind making money with a like minded individual. 

I recently started a Real Estate Investment Company and I rented a suite to conduct my business... Upon reading the lease for the unit.. I realize that I need property and liability insurance for my company to occupy the space...That's cool I don't mind getting insurance, however I'm having a hard time finding someone to insure me with the type of company I have started... Any suggestions?......

did you ever get an answer to this question from anyone... I'm trying to find information on the same thing. I cant find reviews anywhere
