Hi everyone,

I heard the rent control in CA will get voted in CA this November. If it passes, that means there is a ceiling on rent, which means owning rental properties in CA less attractive. Will that drive the home prices down in CA? I heard some areas in New York home prices fell by 30% when the rent control law passed.  What is your thoughts on this matter?

Hi everyone,

With escalating home insurance prices, anyone here has properties in St Louis has any issue with super high insurance prices like Florida? Is there any special permit and/or fee to be a landlord in St. Louis MO? Thank you.

Welcome Terry!

I'm an agent here in St. Louis that works with investors. I'd love to connect and recommend contractors my investors use!

 Hi Jordyn,

Since you are in MO, do you know anything about the Joplin, MO market? Thanks.

Thank you James for sharing your experience.

Does anyone have good stories to share about short term rentals and midterm rentals in Cleveland, OH? Anything is helpful, in term of the services you use, your client's avatar, the return/work compared to long term rental. Thank you
