Hi. I’m needing to hire a license and insured general contractor to help set up my prefab shipping container home in Ferndale, Michigan. It will be a 40ft long, 8ft wide single container. Will need help to set up the foundation, then run electrical, plumbing, and sewer out from existing primary home. Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I guess using a 5% cap ex budget is unrealistic since the home price is so low. Thank you for pointing that out!

Post: 3 mortgages with 240k, how to get them under LLC?

Husband and I have 3 homes with 3 mortgages. We're about to rent out our first SFH but are curious about the protection of an LLC. What is the best approach to getting at least 1 home under an LLC? I know that any homes currently with a mortgage would be extremely difficult to be transferred into an LLC. We're in Clarkston, MI. We're both full time professionals with a W2 income. We appreciate any advice. Thank you.
