yep!! So, this is what I found out.. I was at the deed office today.. Hey sent me upstairs to the probate office first.. To look up the estates first, get a list, then come back down to the deed office to search those names to see if real estate was involved! Whew! Well, I visited both places, and still couldn't quite figure out how to print a list, the computer would only allow you to search a name.. There were also TONS of huge books there, but I have to figure out how to use those! :D

ahhhhh, I see @Jeremy Merwarth, thank you! well, I plan on putting them under contract, matching them up with one of my buyers, and then assigning the contract to the buyer.. So I dont plan on putting them on the market per se! :(

@Jeremy Merwarth, Thank you so much for the quick reply! Can I ask you something? I've thought of this, but I wouldn't want to call and agent with my hand out without offering something? Is there a fee you typically offer when this is done?

Hi folks, I'm wondering if you can tell me what a successful wholesaler/agent relationship looks like to you? What do they do for EACH OTHER? and what is the agent paid for these services? What is expected , and what is not? Thanks folks! :D
