I live in las Vegas and currently looking for referral for a CPA, its my first time dealing with a CPA and I'm sure there are some rock stars out there. 

 If anyone can point me to someone that is good and you would recommend to a family member it would be greatly appreciated.

Hello BiggerPockets community. I'm new to REI and I'm currently working on analyzing 100 properties before I pull the trigger on my first. with 100 analyzed I should have a really good idea what a deal looks like. Most of the sites gives you little info as in how the house looks like and utilities.

My question to you guys is what's your favorite site to look up multifamily properties with accurate descriptions without having to pay to see the info?

I would like to be able to use the Calculators on the app and be able to analyze on the go.

Hey Tomas im also a newbie under the same circumstances as you. I'm also saving for my house hack, If you have IG you should follow Diego Corzo he comes out in in the podcast 352 he is happy to point you to the right direction when you feel stuck.

As far as for a lender I've found that the an experienced agent should know who can get you qualified as he/she  has already had a client with a DACA and its motivated t help you, make sure you talk a few and choose who you feel comfortable with.
