Hey there! I am an investor here in Atlanta, and I also work for an investment real estate firm here in the Atlanta area. I am seeking a great contractor for one of my repeat investors. Who do you recommend and what was your experience with them?

Thanks so much!

A rod is more ideal for rentals!

@JohnUnderwood Thanks for the input!

Recently, Atlanta City Council posted the ordinance to mandate that all landlords must accept housing vouchers. Of course, this does guarantee rent from the tenants, but may potentially be more work by delaying property inspections and by inhibiting my ability to cancel/renew leases.

For those of you investors that are currently accepting vouchers in Atlanta, what have been your experiences? Is it worth the investment?
