@Shaun Reilly @Mike Hurney @Ann Bellamy @Rob L. @Brian Gibbons

Every bit of advice that I've gotten here has been amazing. My purpose is not to bash anyone but it is very frustrating when your new to something,your ambitious, but you feel stuck. I understand the value of people's knowledge and time but I would also like to feel like my education is being taken serious, regardless if I'm paying for it or not.

I value the time that was given here by everyone and I look forward to doing business with some of you in the future.

@Rob L.

Thanks! For the reply. It's good to know that I've been attempting to do the right thing because this business is tough. I definitely think that  it's more about benefiting for the coach than actually helping new investors.  What do you think can be helpful when it comes to gaining more knowledge in this business? And this market?

Hi Everyone! I'm a new investor from Massachusetts. I have been going to my local Reia meetings looking to network and gain knowledge. The Reia administrator offered coaching opportunities for $50 a month but offered two free sessions, so I figured I would try it out. After the first session i knew that I didn't like her energy. Since then I have reached out to her for help with finding cash buyers and Arv's. She has helped but it seems like I'm waiting her time. Basically I feel like she isn't interested in mentoring me so I'm looking for advice on where I can find someone eager to help a new ambitious real estate investor?
