Thanks for the input Mike! Yes, he needs money to sustain until profitable. The contract is the sticky part of this whole arrangement.

Newbury is currently in multi-family property mgt. We hired a project manager who will be managing a new business venture for us flipping and new const. This individual will participate in the profits from projects, but we need a way to compensate him while he is getting the new venture off the ground. Any thoughts?
