Hi--
I am inquiring about a landmark property in New York. I was wondering if the fact that property is a landmark is a pro or a con or both. If anyone knows more information about landmark property please let me know.
Thanks

It is a two story townhouse, 1800 square feet. Two bedrooms, two and half baths and garage. Still undergoing construction. Only half the units are ready.

I found an investment in Florida. Since, I am really new at this, I was wondering if anyone can advise how I can value the property. If the property is not coming up when I type it into Zillow.com is there another way to assess the property.

Hi All--
As a "newbie" I am really finding this website useful. I am interested in becoming a real estate investor in NY. I have read a couple of books. I have some capital to invest and I am looking for someone that is willing to help guide me thru this.
Thank you all.
Newbie from New York.
