Hi my name is Netzer Wasserberg, and I live in the North Carolina area. I am new to real estate investing, and I am hoping to build connections with the amazing people on BiggerPockets.  I am interested in investing in multifamily properties, specifically a duplex in the Greensboro area for around $100,000. 

I am young, motivated, and excited to join the BiggerPockets community! A question that I have for experienced investors is, what strategies, methods, or systems have you used to collect leads?
