My partner and I are starting a short term rental business. We are struggling with determining the cost associated with furnishing properties. Any tips would be much appreciated.

Is COZY down for anyone else? Looking to confirm I am not the only person experiencing this issue. Not the best timing considering it is the 1st of the month. Any idea when it might be back up and running?
