Does anyone have any recommendations on a lender that can refi on a rental property that can be easy on the paperwork? I'm currently running into obstacles refinancing a property that has 50% equity in it. Here's a bit more info:

Loan amount $100k

ARV $205k

Credit scores: near 700

Title seasoning: 9 months

Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

This is LAND, not a SFR. Perfect for builders in the Austin Area that want to build a lake-front property. Owner is willing to finance with 10% on a 5 year balloon. Please contact me directly for specific details.

Lot is accessible if you would like to stop by and have a look at it. (Stairs down to the water do not belong to the lot)

Utilities at street. Needs septic. Buyer to verify all values.

Perfect for anyone looking for a good flip. Biggest repairs are roof and a converted garage. All else is cosmetic. Foundation is good, HVAC, electrical, water heater and plumbing are good too.

Any builders out there interested in an owner-financed lot on Lake Travis? I have a seller right now who would like to sell his lot and I've convinced him to do a seller carry-back with only 10% down ($199k selling price). You don't even need to go through a hard money lender - 10% gets you started.
