Hello team.
Hope all of you are doing great.
I have tenant in one of the rooms who has not paid and has ghosted me.
I have called texted and emailed with no response back. I called the non emergency to make sure they weren’t missing. Police went there and said one of the roommates saw her yesterday so there wasn’t much they could do. It’s good the person is alive and well.

I like to know what to do next. Should I start the process to remove them? How do I go about doing that?  I’m in Florida.
any advice or past experience with what to do or not to do is greatly appreciated.

Never had to do this in past 8 years so I have zero clue on what to do next. Thank you for your help.

Is it possible to get an investment loan? Are rates any better?

Hello everyone.
looking for some advice. Found a property I like to make an offer on. Contacted local DSCR loan officer and was told the best rates would be 7.325% with 30% down and that's with two points. This seems high. When running numbers these property comes as negative flow. Anyone recently done DSCR and have any advice for me?
