Hi, I recently brought a property and am planning on renting it out and I wanted to know if  I should texture my walls and ceiling for recessed lights. What type of recessed lights should I use? I have just removed my popcorn ceiling and applied 1st skim coat flat. And my walls are textured right now.

Thanks a lot for your inputs. how much of the taxed amount normally comes back after we do tax filing? Can we not consider the tax refund in the calculation to determine if the property is cash positive / breakeven

While purchasing property should I add property taxes and insurance in monthly payment and let escrow handle that or pay once a year?

HI I am planning to buy property in Fresno, CA. But my budget is exhausted  after buying and still need contractor work to change flooring, painting, kitchen remodel.

Also wanted to ask you in future if I want to demolish the old kitchen and build in new place do I need to take permit for that?

thanks for reply i was looking this property and it says it has a A frame but it doesnt look like A frame. I am confused
