Kobi Real Estate Fund

Kobi Real Estate Fund 1 LLC was formed for the purpose of acquiring, renovating, and renting low unit residential properties (single family homes, duplex, triplex, quadplex) in the target market of the Twin Ports area of Duluth, Minnesota. The Fund will seek to maximize return on investment ("ROI") by selecting properties that meet the Fund's guidelines and by using established network of property managers, repair crews, and advisors. The Fund will hold properties for long durations to achieve consistent cash dividends while continually analyzing the portfolio to ensure maximum efficiency. Using invested capital, the Fund will acquire homes via open market, foreclosures, tax forfeitures, word of mouth sourcing and various marketing methods.
