Also, is this group members of the NICIA group? Do you find this adds a ton of value to your investor activities in NWI? Would love to join just want to get a sense of how active this group is

Hi there, late to the game here. I would love to attend any meetups virtually in NWI. I've been analyzing and offering on deals for several months and yet to get my first one! Hopefully soon. Is there a regular NWI meetup that I can attend virtually?

@Ned Carey I get that general premise... If you don't use anything it's not worth it haha.

I was moreso asking if you feel the benefits that are provided are worth it. If so, what level do you think? I'm buying 1-2 properties a year. Which items do you feel are most valuable to you?

Is a Paid Bigger Pockets membership worth it for someone who is investing out of state on 1-2 properties per year? Why or why not?

I see some high level conceptual benefit but interested to hear if the data they provide is accurate and if it's valuable.

I'm looking as an out of state investor in the Gary IN and East Chicago areas. Thank you for posting this!
