Hey everyone! My name is Nathan and I currently have a W2 job as a software engineer for the last 10 years.  I have zero background in real estate or investing but I'm looking to get out of the Rat Race.  Currently my goals are buy to hold, or buy to flip.  Still reading a lot and getting a solid base, but from the podcast and this forum its been extremely helpful in the learning process.
