Hello, haven't been here in a long while. Nor am I by any means a fountain of knowledge like our other members, but I believe you need to pay out your 25k investment before splitting the remainder 50/50. Hopefully this helps a bit. Best of luck!

Awesome! Its nice knowing I have people to connect with and I look forward to learning from you and if I can help I am at your service.

Just interested to know who's operating here in Vancouver-Portland area?

Thanks @Tarl. It was a spontaneous question as I was doing research on the VA loan. I think i would partner up on one if it would be a flip. Hold for that year, fix up through out to increase its value, BUT at that point I'm better off keeping it for the long run.

Hey BP,

Whats your thoughts on finding a partner(s) to invest on a quadruplex with a joint VA loan?

@Carol we have Century21, John L Scott, Keller Williams, and a few others. John L Scott seems to be the premier one here in the Northwest. I'm really trying to get the my license before if possible. Tomorrow I'll be calling the local office to find out more and hopefully connect with a mentor.

Hello,

I'm currently in the process of obtaining my real estate course to get licensed here in Vancouver, WA with the intention of getting into real estate investment properties. I am extremely motivated and excited to begin this journey, but would like to know what is a good reputable course for Washington licensing like Rockwell or ProSchools.
