Welcome to the forums Rashad! I've been exploring wholesaling some this year. I'm focusing on buy and hold, specifically multi-family. 

I'm using Cozy to manage a property. Only had one application so far. The individual was unable to complete her credit check. Despite the fact that the issue wasn't with their site, Cozy support was very helpful in assisting her with the issue. Also, very responsive - within 24 hours.
