I have a client who is buying a house as follows. I can't do the deal and wanted to know if I could pass along to you:

25% down ~2.4m loan

Owner Occ

790 Fico

Saratoga

We are running into issues w/ DTI.

Do you have any stated loans that would do something like this ?  This is a big loan amt and I'm not sure anyone can do it w/ the LTV
