Thank you everyone for the welcoming comments! I see everyone likes the podcast, I will definitely be hearing those tonight. Thanks again for the advice.

Thanks for the advice!

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if there is a strategy or easier way to finding multi unit properties, anything with less than 4 units ? Are there any websites besides craigslist I should look at ?

Thank you for your help!

Hi everyone!

My name is Victoria Navarro, 21 from Miami, FL. I have lived here all my life and my family is from Cuba. I'm so happy to be a part of bigger pockets :) Almost every time I typed a question in the google search engine about real estate I got an answer from BiggerPockets, so I decided to join after a while. I'm very new to real estate, I've always known I wanted to be my own boss and I have the entrepreneur mind set, I just didn't quite know what that was until I read Rich Dad Poor Dad and the book motivated me to start now, and so real estate is where i'm starting. I love the idea of selling homes I never had to live in lol and I would love to have a career where I can help people find those homes(or take it off their hands). I'm excited to learn more about real estate and hopefully getting to know and making friends here as well :) I'm open to anything, I love to listen (I'm really good at that) so I hope the advice I get here molds me into the real estate investor I would like to be. I still haven't found my niche, I know wholesaling is a start but not my long-term goal. In the meantime i"m looking into obtaining a real estate license before the end of the December. I also work as a waitress in Coral Gables called BrickTop's (also has the best happy hour!)

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and thank you in advance for any comments, advice :)
