I am purchasing my first Multi-family quadplex built in 1984 with a partner. We have 10 days for due diligence period.

I Just placed a multi-family fourplex under contract. I am entering the Due diligence period and wanting to scout a contractor that is willing to renovate the 4 unit residence. The walls have been completely ripped out to re-do the job. Please contact me by sending a message, I will respond ASAP.

Hey BP Friends,

I am recent graduate and working a new Job  in the Atlanta Area. I just moved here approximately 2 months ago, and was really wanting to get into rental properties (duplex/triplex/fourplex). I made a new partner that is willing to invest in this market side by side as well. We are looking for thoughtful advise as in where we can target good cash flowing multi-family in C/B areas (have stable residents). I would really appreciate your input into this.
