Hello BP community!

My name is Tyler Ivy. I am a newbie from Birmingham, AL. I found bigger pockets through the podcast. I am making my way through the backlog of old podcast starting with episode 1. I've made it into the mid 30's and had no idea there were so many ways to invest in real estate.

Between the podcast, E-books, forums post/articles and other resources on the website, I have found a great place to learn more about real estate and continue my journey towards financial independence.
