hello everyone,

I'm learning the BRRRR process and reading the book by David Greene on BRRRR. But it feels like I can't reasonably plan to beginning BRRRR'ing when I don't have much access to capital. Should I save money hard from my normal pay? Should I try to start a side gig to work up to it? Should I ask family to help? Should I use OPM?

Hi guys, I don't really know where to post in the forum but wanted to introduce myself. My name is Nathan Titus I'm wanting to get into real estate investing. My knowledge is really only reading a few books like how to invest in real estate. I am just wanting to connect with others and learn. As the book notes, I don't just want to connect asking for help for me but want to learn ways you may need help. I want to learn most about BRRR but want to learn about every aspect. Have a good Sunday everyone.
