Hi,just curious what your thoughts are on renting property on an acre plus vs track home on a smaller piece of land. In your experience how do rents, quality of tenants, and trying to find tenants vary?

Thanks!

Any advice on what makes one hard money lender superior to another. At a quick glance they all seem about the same and other than looking for the best price is there really anything else to look for in a hard money lender?

Hi,

As an investor I am obviously looking for properties below market value. I’d love to have an experienced realtor on my team who hustles and can bring me leads but I also would want to make sure that person is compensated for that; I don’t want to waste their time and want to make sure I am bringing value to them.

If I am purchasing properties below market value does any have suggestions to properly compensate a good realtor closing on properties that are bought so cheap.

I’d assume that a good realtor wouldn’t want to work so hard for so little.

Thanks!

Hi looking to build a team in the Phoenix area.

If you are someone or know someone that does any of the following would love to chat and see if we may be able to help each other:

Realtors

Lenders-local banks, hard money, private money, etc

Contractors and handymen

Property managers

Sellers

Let me know if you do any of these things. Would love to help you guys out or bring business to you.

Hi,

I am wondering what your opinions are on what the most important demographics to find when selecting a market for rental properties and what resources are reliable that you would search to find those specific numbers?
