Hes paid in full for this month and the whole deposit. Dont think I can evict him yet because he has paid for this month.

I did apologize to him when he knocked on my door but he started going way overboard yelling and screaming.

As for the music he has stopped playing it late at night after asking him but I stillI no longer want him as a tenant as the last few days he has shown lot of disrespect towards me and the other roommate. One of my roommates does meal prep for the week and he "accidentally" ate one of her prepared foods and they got into an argument over it.

I called some lawyers offices around me and I talked to a paralegal and they told me it would be hard to evict just on this alone.

So im assuming it will be very hard to evict him at this moment? He has gotten worse over the past few days and other roommates are complaining about his loud music.

Quote from @Nathan Gesner:

If he is threatening you in any way, you can file for a restraining order or no-contact order. Either of those would require him to move out.

He hasnt physically threatened me, just threatened to sue me and banging on the walls at night so I cant sleep and randomly screaming in his room waking me and other roommates up.

Quote from @JD Martin:

You didn't make it clear but it sounds like he is a roommate rather than in his own unit?

You're going to have a pretty uncomfortable living situation while you proceed with the eviction if so.

I have another home that is my primary and this is my secondary and I am using one of the rooms in this house to stay when I have work as it is closer and am renting out the other rooms in this home

He has been living here for 13 days.

Recently I got into an altercation with him, he left a pair of scissors in the living room and I used it but forgot about it and left it in my room.

Next day he banged on my door asking if I had his scissors and he started yelling at me and been randomly harassing me.

He was very nice and seemed great until this scissor incident and I feel very uncomfortable and decided I want him out asap and let him know and he is threatening to sue me.

He is currently on a yearly lease.

Does anyone have any advice?

I read through this and it looks like I will have to file a "No cause notice" https://www.clarkcountynv.gov/government/departments/constable/constable_las_vegas_township/services/eviction_process.php

From reading the above it looks like he can stay for 17 days (remaining time for this months rent) + 30 days when notice is given + another 30 days if he files a motion to the courts for additional time for a total of 77 days.

Would also appreciate any lawyer recommendations in Las Vegas.

Thank you
