@Mike Hurney Hey Mike. I currently am based in SFO. I used to crashpad it out when I was on call a lot in sf, but I've put in a transfer for EWR, because I grew up on the East coast.

Hey everybody! My name is Nate, I am new at this whole real estate investing. Like a lot of people here, I first read Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and was motivated to create a life that I deserve. I am currently saving for my first investment. I have also read the great book "The Book on Investing In Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down.

I am a flight attendant at one of the big three airlines in the country and this allows me to live almost anywhere I want. I am trying to use this to my advantage. My strategy I think would be best in buy and hold rentals. I think that the best way to start would be of course to buy and duplex, triplex or quad somewhere and renting out the extra bedrooms to get my real estate career started.

I have nailed down a list of 10 different cities/regions I would like to live in. Those areas are Atlanta, Pheonix, Houston, Fort Lee (NJ)/Union City, Philadelphia, Seattle, Boston, LA (surrounding area), San Jose, and Chicago. I am looking for advice on the real estate markets in these cities.

Thank you in advance for any helpful info that is given! I can't wait to start this journey!
