I found this in CA but the only way it will work is to offer 32% less than asking price and rent for 10% more than the rent comps in the area per Craiglist and Zillow.

Thank you. I see you’re in the inland empire. Are you looking to invest locally or national? The deals are scarce out here so I’m looking out of state wherever I can find a deal. 

My name is Nathan and just wanted to do a quick intro. I do not have any experience with investing in property beside buying my primary years ago but I'm going to give investing a shot. I'm a military vet and looking forward to learning all that I can. I just enrolled yesterday and plan to make my first deal within 45 days. My vision or goal is 100 rental properties in 3 years and do what I love to do. Wish me luck.

Hi Anthony, I'm interested in that 0% business loan that you mentioned. I'm a newbie and just getting started. I believe I found a deal and want to jump in. I have been pre approved with a bank but this sounds better. Can you help me? Do I need a LLC to get started?
