I am still looking for my first multifamily rental proprety in Md. but all I see is old houses. how the property's age really has to influence my decision?

Hello Everybody,

I am Nath. I live in Washington, DC area. I have come across this investing idea where I start looking for house to buy. I thought twice and said why can I just make it a business? I started reading anything about real estate, watched any video on you, then finally found biggerpocket.

I want with my down payment begin buying properties renting them out and making profit from it. Sooo please help help...
