Thanks Chris but loan will be in the individual state LLC not on the Wyoming one. And how will it impact anonymousity ? Do you mean the bank information from which I am taking loan will be public? Even if it is why bank will disclose my info to Public ? Could you pl explain a bit what are the flaws in my approach. And if this LLC structure is overkill than what are the alternatives? Your detailed explaination will be highly appreciated and I know it's not a legal advice 😁

Thanks Chris and Nathan, my plan is to have Atleast 1 LLC in each state wherever I have property and keep few properties in 1 LLC each state. And finally Wyoming will manage everything. So far whatever I researched this looks a good plan. Correct me if I am wrong.
