I know I need to find the right team on the ground, and I'm looking to assemble such a team in the next few weeks.

this is regardless of my investigating for the right area for my investments.

I would like to bye a SFH for strategy of buy & hold, and put it on the rental.
my budget is about 100K. 

hoping to find some nice properties with good tenants.
