@Sofia Sharkey, could you shoot me a message with anymore detail on how you guys split the percentages? I understand setting up the LLC and detailing out the ownership. But does that mean that you guys proportionately split the net income made for the property each month? Say you made $500 after taxes, maintenance, et.. If you owned 25% of the LLC, you would take home the $125 per month on that property?

Not sure if that makes sense, but I am just trying to understand how you would split the cashflow in a property if multiple people had STR's. Any guidance you could give would be appreciated! Thanks!

@Max Brown, we should talk some.  I am just getting starting in the area and am pretty particular for now.  Don't want to step into anything too quickly but have a few ideas.
