We're currently hiring contractors to do single family rehab jobs in NWI and the South Chicagoland area. If you're looking for work shoot me an email! We have contract jobs, as well as, hourly full time or part time work. We're looking for crews and one-man-shows. 

Must have their own tools, reliable transportation, and a smart phone (ability to send/receive text and email). 

What avenues do you guys use to find new contractors? Looking to add a few general contractors to the team.

Looking for kitchen and bath contractors in the south Chicagoland and NW Indiana. Weather you can rehab an entire house or just a bathroom we're interested! We have consistent work and draws every Friday.

I'm in need of contractors. I have hourly full time work as well as contract work. I have a few crews  that I work with on a regular basis, but would like to add a few more. I have houses that are ready for work immediately.

Most of the houses that I flip are in Cook and Will County, Illinois and also do a lot in NW Indiana.

Are there any contractors on here that are looking for work or can any investors recommend some good contractors?

I'm in need of general contractors. I have 3 or 4 that I work with on a regular basis, but need 1 or 2 more that I can give jobs to. I have some houses that have been sitting for a few weeks that I'd like to get started right away instead of waiting on the contractors that I already have. I've run into a good problem of having too many good properties and not enough contractors.

I'm a wholesaler and flipper based out of Northwest Indiana. I currently flip and wholesale properties in NWI and the Chicagoland area. I hope to use BiggerPockets to network with other professionals in the Real Estate world and further my knowledge of real estate investing. My biggest need right now is contractors. I have a few that I work with right now consistently, but would like to add a contractor or two to the rotation.
