Hello,

We have a unique scenario where we are helping my mom rent out a house in the Philippines to cover my grandmother's medical expenses(she lives in the Philippines). I would love some direction on a property manager in the Manila/Queson City area. After doing some internet searches for property managers in the Philippines, I found that the reviews online seems a bit unreliable.

Do any of you invest in the Philippines? If so, do you have a recommended property manager?

Thanks!

Hello friends! I have a seller who bought a new primary residence and is unable to sell the first house. They are not willing to rent it out because the house needs repairs that they cannot fund. The house also still has a mortgage on it. Initially I was thinking of approaching them with the idea of seller financing, but the bank between us would make it awkward. Is there a way for me to assume their mortgage? Any feedback would be appreciated!

Hello All,

I have a BRRRR project that I am working on in Midwest City, OK. This is my very first property and I would love some referrals regarding good investor friendly GC's.

Thanks for your help!

Hello! My wife and I are new investors who are looking into the Indianapolis market. We would love to network with fellow investors, new or seasoned, who are interested or are already investing in that area.

This will be a discussion-based meet up. Below are a list of topic ideas to fuel discussion:

-What interested you in the Indianapolis market

-Past or present deals

-How you plan to look for deals

-What strategy you plan on using

-Your overarching real estate goals

Hope you can join us online!

Wow, this is going in a great but different direction then what I had intended. If there is interest, it would be great to start up a group.

@Scott Sherin @Krystal Maldonado

Would you be interested in joining in as well, @Graziano Casale?
