I would love to meet up.  I actually tried to organise a few gatherings for real estate investors a few times but no one came.  I would really enjoy that though.

@Joe Genova I feel like this is a very tough question to answer as there are just to many variables to consider. i.e: your credit, type of property, condition of property, location of property, LTV requested.

Running your project by a local mortgage broker would be your best bet at getting a good awnswer

Yeah I talked to a mortgage broker yesterday and he said that I would be looking at getting 50-65 LTV

Looking at a self storage facility right now and I'm trying to find out what LTV we could expect to pay for this property if we wanted to buy it. Does anyone have experience with buying these types of properties?
