As a 22 year old, I have been blessed to have access to a large amount of capital. Hence, I would be foolish to not passively invest this capital as I finish my final year of college. I have the primary principal in a trust fund, but the liquid amount I have invested partially in the market, partially in Fundrise, and I am looking into partnering with Norada Real Estate Investments. What has your experience with Norada been? Are they trustworthy and will I be able to witness, as such a young investor, large long-term growth for my capital as well as consistently  profitable cash on cash return? Obviously, completely turn-key properties are the simplest form of passive income if performed correctly. However, I need to guarantee that this platform is consistently producing high returns and proper management. Thank you guys!!
