Hi Everyone! Merry Christmas and happy holidays to all!

I want to reach out to senior planning companies that work with individuals going to nursing homes liquidate their assets being that in order to qualify for Medicaid they cannot have any assets over 2K. So i was speaking with someone in the business and he said that the properties have to be appraised and sold at market value, first of....does anyone use this marketing technique? also does anyone know if its still something worth it to pursue being that now they probably wont be as good delas as previously thought..

Hey Everyone,

Learning about Sub2 Deals and trying to understand how this method of creative financing benefits the seller....I understand how it benefits the seller with seller financing but not understanding how it works with Sub2, Would love some insight from someone that has experience with Sub2 deals.

All the best
