Awesome job man, great to see "some" the younger generation is out doing something besides chasing Pokémon and rolling their eyes at fiscal responsibility! You are actually just down the road from me in Knoxville, drop me a line anytime you want to grab a lunch. Keep up the great work!

Sometimes when you get to the shoreline with your ships, you need to burn the ships and move forward so you KNOW you have no other option! Awesome looking house, you definitely have an eye for what looks good. Great job!

Thanks Daniel, I am originally from the Wisconsin area so I fully understand your "snowshoveling" reference on your website. At some point in the future I will definitely be on the look out for help with the "books" as I don't have the inclination for that particular area!

Hello all!

I am a new investor to the area of real estate, my previous experience has been mainly with 2 SFR that I have purchased and of those two one is my primary residence whilst the other has been sold already.

My previous professional experience involves starting up and running a successful insurance firm for 5 years in Wisconsin after which I transition to a more "active" profession by enlisting and deploying with a Marine Corps unit. After my military obligation was over I've worked in law enforcement for a few years and for the past 5 years have found my niche working as a security consultant in various global locations.

My purpose and intent for my entry into the real estate investing arena is to maximize my excess investing money by putting it towards multi-family and SFR in a buy and hold strategy. Obviously as my knowledge and network hopefully expands my goals will become much more focused and narrow. Thank you all and I look forward to learning from those who have ventured forth already.
