Hi I'm new to the investing part of real estate. I've been apart of flips before but just as a contractor. I was wondering were do people get private money. I keep hearing if you have a great deal the money will find you. I don't know if it's just me or what but I can't seem to get it to make sense to me because how are you suppose to find a deal with no money? If anyone could help me it would be greatly appreciated!

Samuel Sedore I plan on learning as much as I can first and then find a great deal weather it's a buy and hold or flip. Then find the funding for it. Still not 100% on how I'm gonna do that yet.

Yes thank you so much! If you don't mind what do you think the out look is for Orillia with the university? I'm live in Orillia and I know about Georgian college but I'm not to sure what is going on with the university. I've heard rumors about it expanding and being the head office for awhile now but thing has happened. If they do expand Orillia should be full of opportunity or am I missing something?

Hi Debbie!!! First off thank you for your help. I'm new to this and just getting started and I was wondering what's the market truly like? And from your experience is this a good area for fix and flip or buy and hold? Thank you so much for the help!!!
