I'm a wholesaler looking to generate a big list of leads. I've already started digging into my areas delinquent tax list. I was wondering who do you have to talk to find fire damaged properties?

I'm looking to get a contract written up. When you guys had a contract written up did you go to the attorney and create one from a blank document? Or did you find a template sort of thing off the internet and adjust it to your needs? This contract would be for wholesaling.

Thank you

Hey,

I'm new to real estate investing. I've been listening to a ton of podcasts, researched some things and I'm currently reading the BRRRR book by David Green. With that being said I'd like to get into wholesaling to get my feet wet then Segway into the BRRRR method. The only thing I am not to confident about is finding the ARV/Running Comps. I'd love to get some input/tips on how to know my numbers are accurate. I am located in Lancaster, PA.
