What you say makes sense, Dan. Buy when others are running scared, right?

Thanks for the advice guys.

Would it make sense to turn a property into a timeshare? For example, If I had a home in a really hot area (beach or mountains). Has anyone done this? Can you do it on your own?

Seems like something that might be really profitible.

I was wondering what the tax benefits were of owning real estate? I know it is agreat investment, but I wonder what all the little details were.

Hey Justice. Me too!!!

Crystal, I am also new at real estate investing, and I wanted to wsih you good luck. I know how tough it is to figure all this stuff out, and I thought it was great that you were looking to get into real estate now. It seems like your husband possibly has a great thing coming.

His job probably gives him the chance to meet a ton of potential leads. I hope you can be very successful in your quest.

What exactly is the difference between getting pre-qualified and pre-approved for a loan? Is one better than another??

I was wondering the best way to find a quality home inspector. What do I need to look for when dealing with one??

Thanks, as always! :woohoo:

I have a friend who had a tenant move out of their property. The problem is that they left tons of junk - furniture, mattresses, and lots of other crap. Where can they find someone to move this for them, and how much would a service like this cost?
