Happy New Year to all my Multifamily investors out there. I am genuinely curious to know what some of the goals are you have set for yourself this year? As we all know, Real Estate is a Team Sport. Posting goals here on this thread can help to act as a form of accountability. 

I will go first: 
1.) I want to work on Growth, both portfolio & Personally
2.) I want to work on being able to delegate more efficiently. Allowing the team to assist in some of my "Busy" work, so I can handle more productive tasks. 
3.) I want to interview 50 Multifamily investors for our "Forged In Fire" podcast. To help newer investors get started and learn from other likeminded professionals.

First and foremost, I want to thank the BiggerPocket community for being so welcoming already. My name is Nate Pharmer-Eden, and I have been in the Real Estate realm since 2014. I live in Janesville, WI. 

My background is in Social Work, with a Master's degree. I started my investment journey when I took on a w-2 role working between property management, and tenant relations as a Community Coordinator for a 254-unit apartment community. I house hacked my first duplex back in 2017, and I have been in love with REI ever since.

To date, I have a small portfolio in the Rock County area. As well as 66 units in the Carolinas that my team and I syndicated this year. I am honored to be here, and would love to connect, networking, and be a resource to any and everyone. Please feel free to reach out!

My team and I are hoping to venture into Multifamily Apartments in the Charlotte, MSA market. I would love to connect and network with any Brokers, and/or Property Management companies that you might recommend. We are hoping to target Communities with roughly 20-50units.
