I'm at the beginning of my REI journey & looking to find a group meetup, online or in person, whatever everyone is comfortable with. Just wanting to meet some newbies, like myself, as well as some seasoned vets in REI to bounce ideas off, success stories, lessons learned, etc. If anyone is interested, let's connect & set something up!

@Mark Quaney I'd definitely be interested in joining a monthly meet up! I'm at the very beginning stages of my REI journey. Currently looking for a single-family home to try the house hacking strategy, eventually looking to rent it out. It would be great to throw some ideas around & get some other points of view on what works and what doesn't. I usually free Sunday or Wednesday evenings after 6:00PM.

Searching for a single family home or duplex/triplex to do my first house hack, & eventually rent it out. Ideally, looking for something in an area with good schools, but very few homes for sale in these areas, within my price range. Does rental in areas with lower rated schools tend to attract more troublesome tenants?
