@Andrew Kiel, how did you close the handle all of the particulars of the deal? Like did you close with a real estate attorney? Title company? Did you do title insurance? How did you handle the property taxes? Etc.

I have a Series LLC setup in Texas but I don't plan on holding flip property in it...just rentals. I have a separate LLC for the flips since that LLC will be taxed as a S-Corp.

Has anyone done business with A10 Capital? If so, will you share your experience?

If so, how far out from the date was it and what did you do to stop the sale?

@Anna Tang You can file the Series LLC by yourself but you need to know the specific wording that needs to be in your certificate of formation and your operating agreement to identify it as a Series LLC versus a traditional.  Most people don't know what that wording is so that is why many people recommend using an attorney.

@Patrick Connell How long have you been using the Serial LLC structure? Are those 4 accounts that you are using in your personal name?

@Rocky V. Are you currently using a Series LLC. How do you have it structured?

@Andrew Campbell How long have you been using the Series LLC structure?

Do you have each one operating like a business (collecting rent, paying for stuff) or are they just holding LLCs?
