Thanks everyone for the greetings!

@Shaun Reilly Thanks for all the suggestions. I have attended a couple NHREIA meeings and plan to continue. I'll try to make it down to the Chelmsford group at some point.

@Greg Powers So glad to be meeting a fellow Mancuniveganite on BP! As far as my investing plans/goals, I have a mixed bag strategy. I have construction and renovation experience, so flips are attractive to me if I can find a $$ partner. I also have several years experience doing apartment maintenance/renovation for national property management companies so I've been steeped in the apartment leasing and tenent management world. For that reason, I think I'd do well acquiring more buy and hold multis (and who doesn't want the passive income?). But my primary focus right now is generating leads on actual deals which, after listening to the BP podcast, I've realized is going to require some focused marketing on my part. So that's where I begin, figuring out how to generate some leads using a direct mail campaign. Listsource, yellow letters, blah blah blah... Greg, Where are you in your investing journey??

I've been following the podcast and reading the forums for quite some time and finally decided to jump in and start interacting. It's time for me to break out of the learning loop and ramp up my investing.
