I started in bigger pockets with my first investment property in 2018. After closing a duplex with a mobile home in one deal. I started on my next deal a duplex that I renovated and raised rents from 450 to 750. As soon as that renovated property was rented I purchased a 3rd duplex witch didn’t have separate utilities. The day after closing we gutted the whole property converted it to a single family house with 5 beds 2 baths rents for 1k.
we currently have 250,000 in assets and cash out of pocket 79k. All projects and renovations we completed from February 2019-July 2020. It has been non stop and I absolutely love it. During this process my wife and I started a ultrasound business for expecting mothers. So far it has been profitable from month one   Covid lock down was great for business when your business is babies.
we also have 2 children under the age of 2.5 and they are perfect.

My point in posting this is my goal is to be retired from my full time job by 2024 And a life goal of f**k you money!  Wealth with no excuses!   I’m looking for like minded individuals to make deals.
