Hey @Jeremy Hunsberger, thanks for the message. It's nice to meet you. One thing I really want to learn about is funding. I was thinking about starting off with rental units. My capital is pretty low. I obviously want to save money to help, but want to learn about ways to do this with lower capital until I can get more. Any tips?

very cool! Did you do the course here? Or mostly forums? What did you find most helpful. I've been doing the PA agent course and reading books and online research. I'm glad I found a place like this to meet others like me.

I saw the course, definitely will take that. As well as the podcasts. I've been listening to Mark Fergusons podcasts. They are on investfourmore.com he has lots of guests on his show. I will check these out as well.

Exactly, I feel that having knowledge and the ability to do all aspects of the process is helpful.  I chose an online course by Kaplan. I get to work on my own schedule to do the 60hour course.
