I will be out in San Francisco and San Jose from May 13 th-15th to meet with investors. Anyone interested in learning about the Midwest (Cincinnati in particular) message me. Me and my partner have completed over 1,000 value add units and several pending. We are vertically integrated and focus on highest/best value add. We usually bump the tenants and force attrition once month to month then fix the ones who leave and offer renovated units to existing tenants.
